Career change is not an easy journey.

Media and social networks bombard us with content advocating for a professional life change, making it seem simple and almost obvious.

Reality check: It is a long and challenging journey.

Don't hesitate to seek support / coaching.

I would have saved a lot of time and energy if I had known this. For months, I struggled to initiate a change without making any progress. It was only when I sought guidance and support that I started moving forward, step by step, with awareness, confidence, and coherence, and that's when I began this transformation.

We are no longer bound by past choices.

In the past, people would choose a career, sometimes a company, and stick with it even if it meant gritting their teeth to endure. Today, we listen to ourselves, work to live rather than live to work. Everything moves faster, and we can (re)train ourselves. Unconventional career paths are better accepted, and even increasingly sought after. It's incomparable, and that's a good thing.

Don't underestimate the power of networking!

During a career change, it's essential to talk to people whose profession or career inspires you and understand their journey. It's a real shortcut to identifying the advantages and limitations of a profession. And during this search, 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑛 𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑠 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑏𝑦 𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑓𝑢𝑙. They or someone close to them have gone through the same process. I myself was guided very well during these "discovery" interviews that shed light on my path.

Take control of your life and career!

We no longer live to work, but work still holds a central place in our lives. If we are not happy in our professional life, it also affects our personal life. So, even if it scares you, even if it takes a long time, and even if people tell you that you are being reckless...
